ask-kim.com operates under the philosophy that when we take responsibility for ourselves then we can make our lives really happen - in all aspects, including our working environments, our personal lives, our mental health.... And so it is, that at ask-kim.com, we focus on a model that supports the development of individuals, in a number of aspects. The development of ourselves is a key component to our success in life and our philosophy supports the belief that through the development of ourselves as individuals, we WILL grow.

Who is Kim?

Kim is a consummate professional who is passionate about personal development.  She believes that when people take responsibility for their lives and therefore feel empowered that this then empowers the business that they work in.


She has worked with people all her working life in a number of fields – Education, International Corporate Human Resources, as a Neurofeedback Practitioner, as a Transformational Coach, and in the field of Personal Development.  Kim feels privileged to share in someone’s transformation and is inspired by the human spirit. She has over 30 years of experience and draws on all that she has learned, to offer a unique service.  She connects very well with people and is able to make people feel understood and respected, as well as empowered.

ask-kim.com is a healing practice based in Westlake Business Park, Cape Town and run by Kim Cassidy.  Kim is an experienced professional who has over 30 years experience in working with people in a variety of fields. ask-kim.com offers healing services in the form of Neurofeedback (through The Brain Trainer), facilitating of crucial conversations when people are having challenges in having meaningful, constructive conversations, supporting people to process specific issues in a 1-on-1 environment and she runs transformational workshops or sessions.
